How long does setup take? Do I need to do anything technical?

We do all of it. Send us your Booking.com or Airbnb link and we build your page within 48 hours — your knowledge base, booking flow, photos, the QR code. Zero effort on your side. You get a link and a QR code, that's it.

Can the AI actually take bookings?

Yes — on the Host+ plan. The AI collects the details (dates, accommodation, party size, contact info), checks availability across Booking.com and Airbnb via iCal sync, and saves the reservation. You get an email the moment a booking is made. You can always review and cancel in your dashboard. The basic Host plan focuses on guest Q&A — bookings can be added anytime by upgrading.

What if a guest asks something the AI doesn't know?

For anything outside the knowledge base, the AI politely takes the guest's name and phone, and emails you the question. You reply when you have time — the guest isn't left hanging.

Does it work after hours?
